Curb Appeal
Begin with the outside of your house, better known as your curb appeal. Take a fresh look at the outside of your home from a quick glance from the street. What jumps out at you? What would've-been-eye-catching features seem to fade into the background?
Acknowledging this assists us in deciding what steps we can take to attract buyers from the street and into your house. If your home isn't at its best on the outside with refreshed paint and blooming greenery it's time to get those things done. Follow the Curb Appeal Checklist and boost your home's final selling price.

Welcome Home
Does your home seem to say, "This is Your New Home" to a buyer? Walking-through your place with a buyer's eye, I'll suggest arrangements that build up sales appeal.
I'll tell you get rid of anything that gives the look of clutter. Counter tops should be clutter-free. Kitschy sculptures, souvenirs, family photos, and kids' artwork should get stored away too. We need to give mass appeal to the home so buyers can perceive it as their new house.
I'll review each room of your home. I'll note the pieces of furniture that should be put in storage, rooms that need a fresh coat of paint, rugs needing to be changed, fixtures that need shining, and any other improvement that can quickly be made to positively impact the sale.
Potential buyers want to see a residence that invites them inside. Items that could be uninviting should be put away in order for your property to impress buyers at every showing.

Setting the Stage
I'll tell you when your home is ready to show your home, because everything comes together to set the stage for what buyers can envision after they close on your house. Brightness is a mood changer and we'll open curtains, and reduce shadows where needed to invite the buyer inside. We'll enhance the air of the house with enjoyable music to listen to while guests experience your home and assure a pleasant aroma circulates throughout your home. We'll incorporate cozy-looking blankets, and place pillows on your chairs and bedding. Buyers should feel like your house has the potential to be. |
